Yeah, that's the one big flaw I see about the game. Either Sonic is gonna be slower or Mario will be sped up (or get a go-kart to keep up or something). Either way, awesome.

That's like the opposite of how it would be, Sonic would just be starting to get up to speed but the time he got to Mario, and then not be able to stop and skid severial yards past him, then slowly walk back, then Mario would take it and zoom right away with his superior traction.
