I think the point is, this isn't a ytmnd. Needless to say, it's a great image, but you just lifted a picture from 4chan and added some slightly relevant music. You don't bring anything to the table by YTMNDing this, especially when you cite your sources as "INTARWEBZ".
If y'all were a bunch of girls I'd just assume your daddies molest you, but I can't figure out why so many boys have so many vanity issues. It's very effeminate and disturbing. You're all acting like those girls in the picture, squealing and laughing at someone because she has the great misfortune of not being a sheep in your flock..
but you can't hide behind the internet, everyone knows that the most of ya are sqeaky-voiced little neophytes with zits on your lips and an inability to grow pubes. Just because people make fun of you in real life doesn't make it acceptible to single out someone else to torment to make you feel better. What I don't think you understand is that everyone has their opinons about people. Occam's Razor, sweetie. The most likely conclusion is that she's being made fun of by insecure bitches because she's fat and it makes them feel better. Maybe she does kill kittens. But what do you know from the picture? You know that four girls are humiliating a fifth girl. Does it feel good when people do that to you? No. Other people have tried through comments to say that they think it's mean, and the cleverest among you have just jumped on your first assumption, that they also are fat.
And maybe that's Occam's Razor too, or maybe you guys just aren't that creative. You're e-torturing a real live person who is quite possibly reading all your words. That's just f*cked up. But then I'm much older than y'all. I've been through the torture that you guys are going through/dishing out and I survived it. Go on and pretend to be tough little badasses, but only the most abused and disturbed among you don't realize what you're doing is cruel and meaningless.
We've already established that someone does not have to be fat to think it's cruel to make fun of fat people. Pay attention, we're just repeating stuff now. And if that's what you see, then fine. But what I see is four girls laughing with their faces turned towards the doorway where a fat girl just happened to be walking in. If it was inadvertent, so be it. The fact remains that you guys took what could very possibly have been a funny ytmnd and turned it sour.
For what it's worth I have absolutely nothing against Sergeant-Sassy or his sites, and I've seen a few and liked them in the past. I don't REALLY have a problem with this one either. It could have been interpreted so many different ways, maybe as a statement about isolation, whatever. But it's you kids coming in here blazing your harpoons and talkin bout OMG SHE SO FAT LOL that just makes me wanna ask Santa for a f*cking tubal ligation. You kids are taking YTMND down the sh*thole.

Oh! And for the sake of historical accuracy, I was made fun of by the girls at my school because of the following reasons: 1) I was in all the Smart Kid classes, 2) I was poor and couldn't afford all the latest fashions, 3) I was a tomboy and the boys liked me and liked being around me, and 4) I was abused and so I was naturally shy and withdrawn, and bratty little kids seek that sh*t out like vultures. Oh and because I have freckles, although they stopped teasing me about that around 2nd grade.

You're trying to convince us that making fun of her becuase of her weight problem, which is probably her own fault mind you, is a terrible thing. When I look at that fat girl, I see a woman who hasn't the decency or self-control to put the fork down. She hasn't even taken the iniative to try and lose the weight either. there are people starving all over the world, what about them? She probably eats more in a single meal than 15 children in Somalia. Also, If you knew anything about mainstream comedy today, it's actually rather acceptable to make fun of fat people. Their just funny to look at, end of story.
Allesandro honey, you seem to keep having a problem with understanding me. Do you know what "to ream out" means, in its metaphorical sense? It means to give someone a hard time about something. If you don't think I was giving you a hard time then I think you need to reread. What I've proven is that you have no problem making fun of someone who is weaker than you are, an underdog as it were, and who isn't even here to defend herself to boot. You're just 1000's of bullies, that's all.
There's a difference between being opinionated and being a bully. If I were to literally go to the woman's home and beat the hell out of her for being fat, that would be bullying (and assault and battery), but I've never met the girl, and I'm pretty sure that she's not here, so our comments about her aren't anything more than idle chatter
I said that last one wrong, it actually made it sound like I was a bully, what I was trying to say is that I have no problem making fun of a person who's fat, but say, for instance, if I saw a fat guy walkiing down the street, I wouldn't run up to him and start telling him he's fat, I'd laugh and crack a joke about it later.
Being a bully does not mean physically harming someone. It means, for lack of better words, to pick on someone smaller than you. Obviously she is NOT smaller than you, ho ho ho ha ha I made a fat joke, but you see my point. Now, to clarify, what you do with your friends would not be considered bullying, and the reason is because they would not be considered "weaker" than you. They are basically your equals, right? You're not exerting power over them, you're just f*ckin around with some friends. That's fine.
I call my female friends "bitch" and "slut" all the time, because it's understood that I'm joking and it's all in good fun. My brother calls me "c*nt". I call him "queer". It's among friends, see? It's when you intentionally cause the duress of someone else for no other reason other than just to be mean, then you become a bully. But right now we're just battling semantics, that's not the point of this entire dissertation. I felt the need to stand up for someone who was being tormented.
I just read the last thing you wrote.. and ok. I'm not gonna bawl you out for that. Everyone does that. Like I said before, I even thought this site had the potential to be funny at first, but not this way. It went from me covering my mouth and giggling and thinking "That's messed up" to being disgusted with humans in general and blah blah blah. So I said something. And I'm ok with y'all being pissed off at me for it, because I'da stood up for any one of you guys too, if you were being singled out unfairly.
The fact is, you don't even know if she's being tormented, for all you know the girl could have just walked in at a bad time and they're all laughing that someone saw them. She's not even here to say anything about this, so she can't speak for herself about how she feels, so no one really knows if she's sad or not.
You made very good points dascoot and I applaud the effort/message but it will fall on deaf ears. The fact is, teenagers generally lack development in the area of the brain that deals with empathy. This is why it's natural for many kids to inflict pain on animals -- their brains have about as much development as a psychopath. Some people develop better than others, and some never develop properly (see: adults who "act like kids").
I appreciate it when someone sticks to their guns on a subject, but this is just a needle in a sea of a lot of retarded needles. Fat jokes aren't ruining YTMND, this is just common internet bullsh*t. When YTMND was smaller we had higher quality, but those days are over. You aren't taking on a subject that only effects YTMND, but all of society.

I get you, but it wasn't just a Fat Jokes Are Mean issue. It's so much more layered, basically an issue of being sick of seeing kids hurt each other for sh*ts and giggles. Those kids got killed the day before I started posting by someone who had been picked on, same with Columbine, Jonesboro, etc. I'm just goddamn sick of so much hate. And in the news there's always someone talking about how bullying needs to be kept in check to prevent that sh*t, so I brought the issue up. *shrug*
I hope he is too, and I'm not saying that I have even one iota of sympathy for him. But he WAS bullied, I've read it in several articles already and it's only been a few days. The entire point of what I just said is not that crazy people should be coddled, but that everyone else who wants to preserve their health needs to stop f*cking with the crazy people. Some people survive being bullied, and their only side effects are a stronger resolve and a knack for pissing off teeny boppers.
(That empty reply was meant to be an arrow like this < -- but I keep forgetting that Less Than pisses off the binary gods of YTMND.) So anyway, some of us get through it just fine and others crack. But it's like Defensive Driving.. you never know who's on the road with you, so you just always yield the right of way and do the wave thing when you cut someone off so you can avoid that one nut in a million who'll follow you home and beat your head in with a bat.
But that's a bit of a tangent.. Allesandro, like you and I agreed yesterday, everyone makes fun of other people. That's just the nature of the beast, humans are innately assy and destructive. I use to be fat :D I might have been offended by this ytmnd then, i'm not sure, but i do find this slightly amusing. The only reason it is considered amusing is because we all have an idea of how people should look in order to be attractive. Noones idea of beautiful is necessarily right or wrong, but when we see a picture of several "pretty girls" juxtaposed with an over-weight girl in the shadows, it appeals to our sense of espectations. We believe girls who aren't attractive should hide themselves to...
avoid revealling situations such as these. This doesn't make us horrible people, but in the sense of her own personal feelings toward the situation it does. We are horrible people to her, but from a societal stance we are well within our means.We are too well programmed through TV and advertisements that our sense of right and wrong have been influenced to the point where making fun of someone for their imperfections isn't such a terrible thing.
