I'm new to imageready, but I don't think that you sync sound with it. I suggest downloading or buying a sound file mixer.

then what? have both programs open same time and match it up by eye as best as possible? or is all about rememebering seconds and milli seconds and such. ya heardddddd?

This is a good question, I guess. I wondered this too. I would assume that they use audio editing software so they have like a 5 second sound file and at 3 seconds say an event happens. So in image ready if you had like 3 frames and the event happened on the second frame then you would make the first frame last 3 seconds and then the other 2 frames last 1 second each for a total of 5 seconds before it loops. I guess.

first frame last 2 seconds I mean so the next frame is on the 3rd second then make the other frame after that add up to 5 total seconds. I f*cked up, lolsdglkjfdgfdgsdh

im pretty sure imageready is strictly for animated gifs. You need some sound editing program to sync the sound along with it.

You can not sync with imageready. While I'm sure there are infinitely better ways of doing it, I just use audacity to find the sound events i want, and write down the numbers.

i see, guess it makes better gifs then flash, but syncin is alil harder, when ytmnds take work, its time to get a job me thinks.

Don't kid yourself. Synchronization is not hard, download audacity (it's free) and spend a few hours learning to use it. Or just continue to wander along YTMND as one of the masses who churns out sites without putting any hard work into them

it's very simple. make sure you're using IE, and go to http://kayned.com/test.htm . . . . basically you just save your gif and wav/mp3 and load them up through there and test it out. you'll need an audio program obv, the best free one being Audacity

you have to f*ck a cow and then a horse and then drink its cum

Finish your audio file and get the timing how you want it. Then open up imagerady as well. Now you have two programs open. Manually start both files playing at the same time. Then adjust the frame delays for the gif to match the audio. When you are finished with that upload the files to ytmnd, preview the site, and make any last minute fine-tuning adjustments. Submit and watch the 5s roll in.

OMG I LOVE THIS SITE. AWESOME SOUND AND MUSIC. YOU GET A 5

Anyone stupid enough to not take 5 seconds to realize that it's AN IMAGE EDITING program and CANNOT IMPORT SOUNDS should not be rewarded with such a high score on a pointless YTMND.

I KNOW Imageready is ONLY for images. Thats why i was wondering how YOU sync sound files to gifs made in imageready. I see now you use audacity and just write down the timestamps.
