I don't like the idea of "Stolen equals 1", especially if properly cited. It's the animation flow and the music/sound that make it a YTMND, certainly not originality. It's different enough from the drawings alone to let me judge it on its own merits within the medium. I mean, sh*t, no one yells "STOLEN!!!!1" at film adaptations of other media, even Uwe Boll's dreck.
For me, this was a welcome and relaxing change with thought in it, regardless of who originally had the thought. 5.
