PC fps>console fps (maybe with the exception of halo series), sorry it will always be, i had no issues at all

Yes, although the 360 is unmoddable, but PC bioshock has unnaturally nhigh requirements, as does Oblivion, which explains why i think my PC is incompetent.

Bioshock has been working fine on my PC thanks. Though I found that, unlike Source games, Bioshock just didn't feel like on keyboard and mouse. Think it had something to do with the sensitivity and the field of few, either way it was giving me a headache so I got a Wired 360 controller which made all the difference.
