What exactly is your message or point here? John Kerry wasn't the one with the tazer so it wasn't his decision to use it or not. He did say after the individual reported to be Andrew Myer began basically freaking out and resisting the officers "Wait, no, let him speak, let me answer his question, it's ok...". I really suggest everyone watch that video and make their own judgement. As for conceding the election, I can understand *why* he did it, but I can't say I agree either.
