I distinctly remember drunk driving, a nonexistent agent, a crop duster, Mount Rushmore, and a none-too-subtle metaphor in this movie. Are you sure this is comprehensive?

Supposedly the basic idea for the film was that it started at The United Nations building and ended at Mount Rushmore. It was up to the script writer to fill in the rest.
