| ?Indians fever... catch it! *(you Cleveland fans will enjoy this) by badboybadd |

5'd for Travis Hafner's team. But I already said in another YTMND that I predict Boston will win the World Series. Not really a huge baseball fan here, I just like watching the World Series. I also watched a bunch of Giants games when Barry Bonds was going for 756. I was on YTMND when Bonds hit 756. I'm more of a basketball fan. I don't know if I should root for the Celtics or the Cavs this season. I know I'll be going for the Grizzlies because of Asst Coach David Joerger. My comment became off topic fast.
The reason I have a thing for Boston is because I went there this past spring, which instantly made me a Celtics/Red Sox fan. While I was in Boston, I watched LeBron James and Daniel Gibson take the Eastern Conference Championship Trophy from the Pistons, which got my hopes up for them winning the entire thing. Damn Spurs. The reason I like the Indians is because Hafner is from my state, North Dakota. The reason my love for the Celtics went up is because of Kevin Garnett (I was a Wolves fan)
The funny thing is, I like Cleveland's and Boston's basketball and baseball teams, but I could care less about their football and hockey teams (does Cleveland even have a hockey team? I'm no hockey fan at all). I've liked the Cavs ever since they signed LeBron. And they also have Darius Rice (Jerry Rice's nephew) in their training camp. He scored 52 points in the '07 D-League Title Game, leading my Dakota Wizards to victory. Joerger, whom I mentioned earlier, was the Wizards' head coach. I talk too much.
1-1 GO TRIBE!!!!! This is the most important series to me. It's awesome we beat the Yankees because they are such a prestigious team. But I frackin hate the damn Red Sox, their fans are filth and I hate how they try to play the underdog role to the Yankees. BOTH TEAMS SPEND UNGODLY AMOUNTS OF MONEY. Yankees fans will cheer for the Yankees, will boo the Red Sox if they are playing them that game. The Red Sox fans, their lives are based on hating the Yankees, more so than cheering for their team.
Thats why the Sox are habitual losers. I was at a game at fenway a few years ago, Red Sox vs Blue Jays. The crowd started a Yankees Suck chant at least 5 different times during the game. I was like why don't you f*ckin losers actually cheer your team on while they are playing the Jays instead of being so jealous of the Yankees. In the ALDS at Yankee stadium, the crowd was ridiculous, they were so loud every pitch, thats home field advantage. The 2 games at fenway so far, the crowd does
nothing until AFTER someone gets a hit or a big play, they put no pressure on the opposing team by cheering before the play because the stands are filled with yuppie granola-eating New Englanders(I live in NY by the way, so I automatically hate New Englanders) who instead of worrying about the game are thinking "Oh boy did I leave the lights in my Volvo on?" Half of the crowd isn't even wearing Boston stuff, they got their Yacht club blazer on or someother stupid sh*t. And that is my rant. GO TRIBE!!!
Oh this retard thinks I'm a Yankees fan, well if you read the third line in my first of 3 posts above, "It's awesome WE beat the Yankees because they are such a prestigious team.", then you'd realize I'm an Indians fan. Also, just to point a couple things out, the Yankees have won this century, in 2000, and using the term Century is a little too much seeing as its only been 7 years. Plus that was their 4th out of 5 years, whereas you guys hadn't won one in 86 years, so yeah, go crawl under a rock and die.
when one talks of centuries, they say (blank)-hundreds. Like if you were to ask about the American Revolution, "That took place in the seventeen-hundreds". So if you ask me, 1700-1799 is the 1700's, just like 2000-2099 will be the 2000's. That's the common sense of it all. plus, Jesus wasn't a year old when he was born, so was there a year 0?
