LOL. I don't "downvote." I do periodically vote 1 when I come across a site that I consider crappy. In his case, I can't be sure because it was ages ago, I think I voted 1 on a site that had a picture of Barack Obama with the sound loop "Damn dirty ape!" I like racial humor when it's funny (like http://yourearacistcharliebrown.ytmnd.com/ ), but when it's simplictic Micheal Richards hate ranting, it just doesn't do it for me.
