tell yourself she is facing the opposite direction. For example, if she is facing towards you, look at her as if she was facing away, and she will change direction.

amazing, I was trying so hard not to see it counter-clockwise, studying it to see if it were possible to see it clockwise. and after a while, my eyes just suddenly snapped into seeing it clockwise, and now I can't see it any other way.
