Actually charlie brown, the true meaning of christmass is that it was once the birthday of Sol Ivictus, a pagan sun deity over all things. Christans beleived it was easier to convert pagans if they associated Jesus with sol Ivictus, so they arbitrarily choose Dec 25th, the celebrated rebirth of the sun to have been Jessus's birthday.
