Well, it's clear that "de ambiente" is slang. Personally I hadn't heard it before, probably a Mexicanism or Colombianism (the guy sounds sorta Colombian rather than Mexican). It means "being of... temperature?" Well, the joke is obvious, "de ambiente" has to do it getting hot and therefore being gay... that's my viewpoint, lol.
