1. Clean up audio to remove laughter.
2. Pick an Obama head that looks more heroic.
3. Do a cleaner head swap.
4. Have an animated rippling flag background for extra credit.
Do all of the above and you would get a 3 for doing something that was obvious to anyone who saw that clip (and therefore not very creative), but doing it well.
