Please PM me if you know what causes the first part of the .wav file to clip in FireFox. It'd be even sweeter if you could tell me how to fix it. :)

Loop the sound file in an audio program so it lasts a minute, then mp3 it.

Thanks for the reply, Sin. And Goneja, yeah, I was actually gonna do what you suggested at first, but I really liked how it looped when I tested it in IE and scrapped the longer .mp3. But I may do it anyway, because the clipping really pisses me off.

come on, theres no excuse - i'm going to take an educated guess and assume the majority of people here are using firefox. you should be also, there are so many reasons.

Actually, I do use FireFox by default - but this clipping sh*t happens with a lot of classic sites (e.g.: banned.ytmnd.com) and I thought it was kinda like a fitting touch to keep the loop under 1mb for a classic-style site. But I hear ya - I can't stand this clipping either. I'll sleep on it.
