neil is "done" drinking that 40, because the punchline to joke is that he had another one before the 40 youre seeing, and that one was a high gravity 40 but not this one! neil likes to save his low grav 40s for when the drinkings winding down. too bad he cant talk to the WHORE at the end of the bar (new punchline: they dont let you bring your 40s into bars)
