The Kangaskhan sticker on the binder's spine is slowly peeling off. I was nine years old when I put that sticker there.

Doesn't strike me as art (unless you are under the belief that anything and everything is art, as I do). Still, I kinda like the feel of this. Everything in the photo is positioned well, and the music sounds like it's coming from your head. It would have been neat if you had provided some visual clues that you were an old man.
Glad you like it; I'm quite pleased with this one, and with the photo in particular. It was taken on a day when I was particularly aware of (or perhaps particularly overreacting over) my own age; a feeling that culminated when I brought out my old Pokémon card collection and saw that old Japanese Jungle Marowak that had introduced me to the franchise, and remembered the sense of mystery and adventure that it had spawned, along with some very fun playdates (...and, admittedly, way too much money, both from my own pocket and from my parents'). I wanted to immortalize that moment, so I set up that photo, and I feel it does the job quite well.
I'd argue that - art or not - it's the most artistic of my YTMND:s, as it's the only one that I've really put a piece of myself into, and that its purpose was both to express a feeling that I had and also to evoke an emotional response from others.
I can see what you mean about the visual clues, but at the same time I feel that would have been a bit insincere. I'm not an old man, after all (I'm twenty); I just feel that way a lot of the time.
Anyhow, thanks for the thoughtful commentary!
