If I think a site on Up and Coming sucks I give it a 1, if it's worthy of a 4 or 5 I give it such. I give sites what I think they deserve, and I vote for no other reason. Half the time the sites on Up and Coming suck. Also, another group of sites on Up and Coming are upvoted simply because some popular f*ggot made the site, but, if it's good, I vote 4 or 5. I don't downvote.
