So all the losers are in the loser brackets, except for the people who made sites even though they weren't in the tournament, because everyone who was in the tournament and didn't make a site is eliminated, except Captain-L337 because fuck you and the winner of the losers bracket will move on to the winning losers bracket while the losers will move on to the losers losers bracket, the winner of the winning losers bracket will face the winner of the loser's losers bracket at the end of the tourney and the winner will face the loser of the winning winner's bracket?
A few users reached out either by PM or by making better sites than those who registered and actually made sites, and the ousted users hadn't logged in for weeks and/or generally make complete garbage sites anyway. I do like your idea of a "losers losers bracket" culminating in "Toilet Bowl 1"
