I’m about the same age and I think that’s my third time seeing footage of someone dying that I can name. First was a clip of some nutty professor jumping off the Eiffel Tower in an experimental flying suit circa 1900 and the other was a gif of Bud Dwyer shooting himself on live TV that someone surprised me with. Struggling to remember if I ever say a clip of a 9/11 jumper or not. Oh, and I guess the Zapruder film counts, even if Kennedy’s head was mostly behind a sign at the moment of impact. They all hurt to watch. I just don’t understand people who would watch footage of someone getting strangled to death by a cop or something just to be able to argue about it online better.
Once I heard audio of someone getting shot in broad daylight while the shooter yelled at him in cold blood. That was probably the worst.
I love creepy abandoned building photography. There's a good-sized list of hundreds of defunct amusement parks on Wikipedia, including a hurricane-ravaged Six Flags in New Orleans.
When people complain about "Nascar being guys driving around in circles" it always reminds me of those 40-something suburbian housewives who think football is gay because it's a bunch of guys in tight pants jumping on one another. It's a level of ignorance you just can't really rationalize with. Also, Nascar pumps more jobs and money into the economy per race than 50 regular cars could do in a year. Finally, 1'd for lack of effort.
You had to go and ruin a perfectly awesome site with all that irritating ear rape stuff, didn't you? You'd think it would stop being funny after the first 3,000 times, but apparently its still hilarious to you.

Maybe not a horrible idea in general, but sooo not going to happen.
