Doing upright moves regenerated your energy, but breakdancing on the ground gave you a lot more points. The controls were complete sh*t so everything was harder than a dragon punch...

The Mega Muck is about a screen beneath him there. I think in that area it rises; the player is l33t enough to just zip past it without ever seeing it.
