Lose Control is based on Clear by Techno pioneer Juan Atkins. As far as I know it's fully licensed and credited. There's no way they'd get away with stealing such a classic.
There's plenty of good Hip Hop/Rap (And Country for that matter) to be found if you're actually inclined to do some digging yourself. It seems to me that you're basing your hatred on some stupid principle rather than actual insight.
