Fasa went under, they sold the rights to Shadowrun to other companies, SR3 was the last module that they put out themselves, the new SR4 is a new company. Microsoft now holds the game rights and they are making a game extremely loosely based on Shadowrun which is going to be a travesty of an FPS.
