There is a feature in adblock that lets you block the ads but still load them its in the options under support websites add ytmnd to this if you still want to use adblock for things, whitelisting works too
I just right now hate how some really good sites get downvoted by f*gs right after they are created so not alot of people end up seeing them and it quickly gets pushed away
