tl dr: this is a convalescent home and everyone else died.
This was once a thriving organization run by the vision of a jew and his assortment of mediocre minions or one guy with many accounts, most likely the latter. That guy is gone now and with him his ability to make 3 star sites that would encourage activity. This mom and pop shop has shitty customers and bad customer service. If the Chinese could afford real internet then surely creation of sites would be outsourced to them and this site would once again thrive, cost effective. It's time to bulldoze it to the ground like many has-been and burned out mom and pop shops.
