The key to victory is creativity. A collection of weak, half-assed, low quality YTMND sites and childish raids isn't going to d anything. Now, the ping operation was clever, though it's not nearly enough.

There is no victory for either side because this "war" has yet to end. It is going to get ugly, though one things for sure is that Ebaums is neither going anywhere nor are they taking the Lindsay Lohan picture off their site.
