If you look at this guy's other YTMNDs it makes it pretty hard to believe that his mind had the capability to conjure this. But awesome meaning and gif none the less.
Translation: You're (hand pointing) The Man (Sean) Now (Active Alarm Clock) Dog (dog). I think the other objects in this YTMND are inconsistent with the real meaning of it. Which is YTMND done in a very cleaver and beautiful way.
