I can't say I fully understand the intention behind this YTMND. Dying for one's beliefs is one thing, while Christianity is another.
Religion should be used to influence morality, not a by-the-book law system. Because if Fundamentalists had their way half of America would be slain. (Homosexuals, unwed nonvirgin girls, etc.)
Spirituality is a personal experience. It shouldn't be forced on anyone.
The ignorant and deluded are, I think, in a strange way to be envied. That which is not known does not trouble us, while an imagined but insubstantial fear does not harm us. To know the truths behind reality is a far greater burden.
