I'm assuming that's a reference to the fact that there are two William Rikers due to some teleporter cloning, therefore, you can have more than one Riker in play at a time.
No, you see, he's rocking out so hard that the dutch camera that filmed him couldn't clearly pick it up. If you watch the video on his site it does the same thing.

Well you see, this child is performing a magic trick, and Ash is exclaiming "It's a trick, get an axe!" I know I know, I took that quote completely out of context, as he wasn't really referring to a child performing a magic trick. However, I thought it would be humorous to imagine a child being assaulted with an axe for simply performing a trick, but I was evidentally incorrect. I'm sorry for wasting your time, and I'll do my best to make the humor less hidden in the future.
