actually theres the proof of .999 repeating equaling 1. I used to be a doubter, but .99 repeating does equal one. 1/3 x 3, the threes cancel and you end up with one, so 1/3 x 3=1. However, rewriting 1/3 as .33 repeating gives you, .333 repeating x 3 = .999 repeating. Therefore, .999 repeating =1. Arguably, the actual answer is somewhat of a limit, but the limit cannot be written. drmarioMD is right in that theres a limit fault, but is wrong in saying that .999 repeating isn't 1.
i could be mistaken, but the hebrew letters are interpreted incorrectly, in the jewish language, it is read right to left, although it is pronounced YHVH=yahweh, the actual letters from left to right are HVHY
for all of you who think i didn't properly cite my sources, it's because I actually got the information from a social studies packet in school. I just added this information to the description, but I did not actually use the internet other than for images. I do acknowledge that there are online sources that speak of this issue.
I'm rating this a five and favorite not because you told me to, but because this was a great ytmnd, I'm surprised it hasn't been done, at least not to my knowledge!
