That's funny, because you and Matthew seem to be complaining about taxes in general. Tax increases go along with why we need taxes to begin with. It's a part of life in America, sometimes it's necessary. Get used to it.
You don't want taxes? Fine. Then you don't get roads. Or libraries. Or public schools. Or a well-funded military. Or mail. Or any of the other stuff the government pays for that you take for granted. Do have fun with that.
Lando is an oft-celebrated fad because it is an interrupt fad. A practical joke is played upon the viewer, but in such a manner that the viewer is both surprised and happy he has been tricked. To be successfully Lando'd without expecting it is to feel true joy.
