I love the the part on the google video where he tries to convince 'em that his real name is Carlos Mencia, when on one of his specials or shows, (Dunno the exact one) he said his real name was Ned. But anyways, even if he didn't steal, Carlos Mencia would still be the most annoying f*cker on the earth. For reals.
