well the story of schnappi goes something like this: someone made this song. it was not really recognized or something. then someone posted it on the internet. some stupid TV channel found out about it and bought the rights to the song and then it was played in f*cking DISCOS. OMFG. before that it was a funny insider joke, but then it was all over the country. on cellphones, on TVs, everyone knew it. it wasn't funny any more. i hate this song now. thanks, RTL2!

Rap was more of a direct spawn from Funk. Disco influenced new wave a lot more, but the "black" line went across the bottom so they had to fit it in there somewhere.

You FAIL for having William Beckett (Lead singer of The Academy Is...) on here in the background. All three of those bands are actualy truly amazing. ESPECIALY The Academy Is... and if someone reading this doesn't believe me. THE ACADEMY IS DOESN'T SOUND ANYTHING LIKE PANIC! AT THE DISCO OR FALL OUT BOY.
