I'm not talking about that kind of failure, I'm talking about the losing theme. Many YTMND users overuse the Price is Right failure, so I thought it would be better for them to change it to Mario Kart's.

Well, I suggest that we all run back to my back yard, get out some lawn chairs, start a bon-fire and start laughing our heads off about how we did it over some beer. We can laugh and drink and tell stories until we fall asleep or passout. Sure, the next day eBaum's users will come by and try to talk some sh*t, but then we'll just offer them a beer and fire up the grill. It's like what you do after you get everyone together to fork the lawn that *sshole down the street. You don't hold no malice toward him, he learned his lesson and you move on, occasionally bringing it up in community functions, and everyone has a laugh, even that *sshole who says something similar to "and man was it a bitch to get all those out the next morning". Oh, and btw, that was pretty funny guys.

And I agree with most of the users here however. You'll have to bring in alot more moderators before the idea of a moderation que would be feasible. Also, I'd suggest trying to work on that new moderator interface we were talking about on the forums before then went kaput.

I am not a lawyer, but I am also the webmaster of a website, and I have recently been threatened with a lawsuit over a comment one user made about another on my forums. According to the lawyers I have talked to, Communications Decency Act 230 will protect you, but only if you are a content provider and not a moderator. If you create the moderation queue as you propose you will become liable for the content that users create here. You do not want that, and YTMND users do not want that. It only takes one overzealous thin skinned knuckledragger to destroy this whole thing for everyone.

"youre the man now dog" is the punchline of the scene in Finding Forrester - a Scottish man connecting to a black kid by using street slang. When I saw it in the theater it illicited a laugh. It is used on YTMND as a sort of 'talking image macro', as is this. most classic style ytmnds are one liners the users perhaps use in conversation to mean more than their original context.

You get a 1.Most of the information contained in the image is completly out of date. Microsoft has made massive improvements to the security of IE and the windows platform in general since the talked about report was released. As of me typing this comment, all publically known vulnerability's in internet explorer 6 have been patched. The only vulnerability in the browser is if the user clicks on a button to install malware. That same vulnerability exist's in firefox.The same can be said of any program or OS
