That s one more view for PACARD

Instead of the "Most Voted" catagory we need "Highest Voted." Only sites that recieve 300+ votes (w/e) in a week are elidgable. When a catagory exists that tallies votes in some way that is typically thought of a the people's choice section. It's pretty clear when something has a 2.82 average vote that it was nobody's choice. This would help bring some quality back to the front page, instead of *ssh*les that change their site to goatse, ear rape, and Pacard horsesh*t upon reaching Top Viewed. Also, c*cks.
