"why not delete this site and redirect the URL to the mp3 hosted on tom mabe's site? let it eat his bandwidth" Because Mabe's site doesn't host this audio clip, at least not in its entirety, that I found. The poster's proposal is that after deletion, the redirect can go anywhere Max wants, but he's not deleting it until the community steps up. I think it's a grand idea.

Moreover, you have the gall to call the YTMND community out to donate to a site that is doomed to be deleted. The least you could have done was suggest that we donate to the original you'rethemannowdog.com site that started Max's creation. Ultimately, it was Max's decision to keep the site from being deleted. As I see it, Sphonix wanted to get rid of the site long before any damages were done, but couldn't once it became locked. Now who's liable? The person who created a site with no way to predict that $1880 worth of damage would take place- or the person who forced it to stay up despite all the drama?

To put it on our shoulders is unreasonable. I don't know who leaked the site to whatever web sites and blogs, but thats what bothers me, because thats not what ytmnd is all about, in my opinion. I think ytmnd is a by us, for us kinda thing where users of this community get to view, share, laugh, and downvote each others ytmnd's without spreading them all over the net and costing max thousands. The site is yours, so to prevent further damages you should take initiative and delete the site.

From what I am hearing, max is giving the old "You are entitled to protecting your own copyright work" But he is adding the "F*ck off" part to it. Starting with Scientology (Not Ebaums, that was us from them, not other sform us), we just steal and piss them off even more. Taking no actions, except deleting the sites, max is innocent. But max is too immature just to delete a couple of f*cking sites. He will get taken down soon. But the problem is when?
