this was a terrible choice, and what makes it especially bad is that there are plenty songs in that very game that are better that at least SOME people may have agreed with. Songs like these: http://beethoven.ytmnd.com/ (NSFW, naked chick in it for some reason) or especially "Fear Of The Heavens" the piano-ish theme song for the game. -oh btw, omitting at least one Castlevania song from your top 10 is rather unforgivable.

DeusRom's guide to the front page. Get several animated gifs from a variety of 16-bit/8-bit games. Make them all Neon. Add a dance song with a fairly fast BPM. Insert one animated gif that breaks the continuity of the game theme. = Front page. It's okay I liked it anyway.

I hate to tell you, but, the songs in the game are MIDI format... sounds differ based on what you virtual synth you process them through. This was done with the General MIDI synthesizer, and it does sound markedly different from something like the S-YXG70.

Portal is a really great game. I loved every moment of it. Very good gameplay, awesome sense of humor. This YTMND is just a cheap cash-in on portal's popularity. I think quotes from GLaDOS, the weighted companion cube, and the song "Still Alive" all have great YTMND potential...but this just missed the mark.
