Would probably be a bad decision given the asinine reaction of half the GB fan base toward the Favre trade. Some of them becoming Jets and Viking fans, now coming back for the Super Bowl. Dicks.

So you flew into KC took some pictures ,uploaded them, added some music from a British based alternative rock band and well would you call that a masterpiece? Would you call that a form of entertainment in any way?

May god have mercy on your soul you sick son of a bitch.

Fourth-wall breaker: Because I cannot guide him to safety, I find myself distressed.

Life is a game that you cannot win. We are destined to be prisoners--our minds trapped for all eternity in fleshy, expendable carbon-based parts. Our bodies will take on new forms but our humanity will disappear in time, completely forgotten by the cosmos in a blink of an eye. When our biological clocks run out, there will be nothingness. In a few decades time, everyone you know will be nothingness, and so the memory of you will be no more. Approaching eternity, the rest of the universe will follow suit, until nothingness encompasses everything, and there is only darkness.

Good site.

I don't know if I can call it "glitch art", because I can see a pattern. I always thought that visual glitch art is more based on the very concept of glitch and doesn't really have any profound meaning, but in this case I can see maps, war plans, games and well being. Goodtimes.exe and then all those icons that in my mind represent power, money, property. Somehow I can't help but link war and goodtimes.exe together. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how I see it.

As soon as a redditor who is interested in ytmnd investigates, they will be turned away immediately by this community; it's what they will look to for lasting value seeing as that's reddit's main draw. Random exposure from reddit does not mean it will be supplying a user base. At best, it will mean is that redditors will occassionally use ytmnd as an imgur replacement when they want sound in their gifs.

Ytmnd itself will remain a barren wasteland except for the dedicated few that remain that shun Reddit's intervention into the delicate framework carefully molded by the self-important users that have established themselves as the top of the ytmnd community hierarchy. They will eventually be forced to assimilate into reddit in fear of alienation or they will just disappear entirely--moving on to hopefully more productive matters. In this scenario, ytmnd is parasitic: it will have no life of its own and it will consist of a one-sided conflict between ytmnd and reddit that reddit will simply brush off.

Sorry if I'm being cynical, but I doubt ytmnd can satisfy a niche that hasn't been satisfied by other more capable sites, or more accurately, the niche content that appeals to us no longer appeals to any part of the greater internet community. Prove me wrong, and come up with a plan to save it, because salvaging ytmnd would be fantastic! If I pulled it off, I would almost put that shit on my resume.

I'm not even gonna dignify (member since 2011) boy's comment with a response. Darthwang, I think everyone here has been guilty of voting based on user. After a while I learned to just auto 1 anything johnnylurg posted because I knew it would be completely worthless before it even loaded. However, I also voted 5 on a pilleater site because it was good, even though I hate the user. I think voting based on user isn't such a bad thing as long as you can recognize when the user actually does something right.

I know this is a lot more safe, but all of you guys involved in these embarrassing spats should seriously go find a real fight now and get it all out of your system.
I'm sure its hard to look someone in the eye and pick fights with random strangers like you are prone to do on YTMND, but I promise you, it is a lot more rewarding. And most of all, you'll learn important life lessons about how stupid people look when they try to bottle up their nerd rage for use in online forums.
Usually stunted people who are older who are scared of their own shadow need to start out with something easier (Here I'm addressing you guys personally); like children, animals, minorities or general misfits. But once you've worked your way up, its important to leave that transitional phase and find like-minded people to pick fights with.
I sincerely believe that if you follow these steps, you will be a better person. YTMND, likewise, will be a better site. Us 'regular' users will not have to sift through your sites which seem to be based solely off of the woes of you not having a penis.
Thank you.

I can't argue with that statement, either. I only assumed that you might have been trolling simply because nobody really goes out of their way to reject racism on YTMND, and that seems to be your only agenda. I don't encourage racism. In fact, I've been alt downvoted for speaking against it, so I'm more on your side than you think I am.

As for DarkTree's site, the only thing that I can find racist about it is the domain (unless you want to accuse whatever source the direct rip was taken from). Otherwise, I think it's quite the opposite. It plays into what the YTMND user base would assume the site to be about (which may or may not entail racism--the title doesn't imply anything racist) and pulls a bait-and-switch. The site is actually about the illusion of a never-ending limousine cleverly created by an image loop, and it comes out of nowhere and lasts forever.

The part that I drew inspiration from was this incredibly drawn-out loop that lasts so long that a whole song can play while it loops. In other words, even if you want to call DarkTree's site racist, I didn't apply any part of that site to mine that could possibly be called racist, so your 1 is completely unwarranted.

Don't think that I have a problem with being downvoted because I've gotten plenty used to that already. But you're one of the few who claim to downvote on principle, and I just think you are way off base here. So I guess I'm arguing on behalf of principle as well. I'll also admit, though, that I'm arguing for the sake of arguing because it's rare that I ever have as airtight of a case to argue as this. No offense.

A glance at other comments you've made leads me to assume that you are accusing me of racism. To which I ask--did you view this site at all? Did you view DarkTree's site at all? You couldn't be further off base.

If you're trolling, then, well, I applaud the creative direction you are taking the concept, but please take it elsewhere.

Here's my interpretation based on what I get from reading the books:

Gryffindors are the protagonists of the novel while Slytherins are the antagonists. They are basically rivals throughout the entire series. Gryffindors are typically liked by everyone other than some of the main Slytherins. They are fun, adventurous, and very dedicated to the things they do. Slytherins typically want people, who they do not feel meet up to their standards, to get the fuck out, although it may not be true with everyone. Some are very talented. Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws aren't usually in the spotlight as much, but are there nonetheless. Hufflepuff is typically the group that is laughed at, probably just because of the name, but in the 4th book a member of Hufflepuff was chosen as the representative of the school to compete in the tournament because of his awesome skills, which is why I put in certain users who can produce very awesome sites. And Ravenclaws are typically smart, which is why I put in people who I feel have talents that are probably noticed outside of YTMND.

Comment nominated for gayest comment ever.
