Also, why is diplomacy and international collaboration a bad thing? Certainly with the wrong people in charge, the power can be used against us, but the same can be said of our own government, and of any lessor system. I watched the first 40 minutes. I didn't watch the whole thing because it was taking to long to load, and its not interesting enough to watch all at once, (especially since I'm not a paranoid grasping for connections). It is obvious by Cheney's behavior that he wanted unlimited power, a new world order wouldn't fit the bill. Gradually he and Bush expanded the power of government.
