Max, here is an idea, give people the option to delete their accounts. Thing is, their votes dissapear with the deleted account. This would be a good idea for those that had made second accounts due to honest mistakes.

Also, and I may be wrong here, but I think he means that Adverb, Syncan and Grey Goose repaired or at least helped repair the site? Max did say "I accidentally deleted..." (emphasis on I)

max, a buncha sites got deleted. since you're so far out of the loop, i figured i'd tell you.

This wasn't anyone else's fault but the devil's, curse his red hide. It is only peripherally about Syncan (who may have been psychically distracting Max), Grey Goose (a premium brand of vodka which he may have been enjoying) and Adverb (a f*cknut). Max was looking up one of Adverb's sites, and accidentally deleted all of them. He then restored Adverb's sites and walked away from the computer for half an hour. When he was alerted to the problem, Max realized that he had, in fact deleted ALL YTMND sites EXCEPT for Adverb's. After a brief Irish wake on Ventrilo, Max did a roll-back restore. All of us with sites on the Top 15 for the day lost our sites and our places, and the devil smiled a little more brightly - for one brief moment, his meat puppet Adverb was the ONLY YTMND'er. ... No, okay, it wasn't Satan, but seriously - even inkdrinker and tehpwner2 are decent guys but Adverb has no friends. Max's only mistake was undeleting him.

I don't know why Max even keeps up the site to let you little spoiled kids cry about how your site has been deleted and BLAME max for it. Max I hope the best of luck for you and your site dude. It must be hard to deal with this kind of sh*t.

Max, the only downside to the new voting thing is the sites you can plainly see are offensive/graphic/porn/ screamers/ect, FROM THE PROFILE & ThUMBNAIL PAGE, You are forced to open & view it in order to kill the site... where as before, these sites could be easily killed before they got anywhere. Since this isn't an option anymore, PLEASE impose tougher penalties/deletions/banishments to the users who post such stuff.

There can be middle ground: Allow comment deletion, but also allow users to mod a site "stolen" after specifying a valid YTMND URL. Those URLs can be shown in a separate "See also"/"Original version" list. :)

Your weighted voting and site deletion system reeks of NewGrounds, max. Also, any chance of a 'classic' skin feature with the new front page?
