Even though you cited sources, dantheman has a point. And it isn't that I don't think is funny or anything, but honestly there are too many people on here that will just grab an image from something awful or one of the many chans, and make it a 'ytmnd'. This site should be about your own take of parody. If this pisses you off, I'm in a constructive criticism mood today, so don't take it the wrong way. I'm going to partake in a conversation where nobody will argue because it's not even arguable! I hate when people talk about sports. He is a very infamous YTMND user, and I happened to make that site about him before any other sites*. *actually, I had a test site which was the image from "lol, internet" and the sound from "picard song", as well as a site making fun of the anti-ebaums YTMNDS, before "TEHPWNER2 DVOITED ME!!@1!11" but deleted them since I didn't like them. Tehpwner2 actually did downvote the test site with the comment "What the hell is this sh*t"

Well you have Grand Master Ice Sculptor Leatherface patience I must say. This looks f*cking painful as I guess the way you did it was lassoing every single frame at full frame rates and adding in the cuts and snow later after animating it back into the background. lol i bet your trash can probably has a couple scenes that didn't work in the final cut that took hours of work just to not make the grade. my hats off to you.

I think there are three types of YTMs: Those that just suck, those that take a lot of work but aren't really that funny or anything, and those that are hilarious. IMO, this falls into the second category - it obviously took a lot of work, but it didn't make me chuckle and I didn't exactly see the point of it. You definitely have the technical skills required to make awesome YTMs. I'm no pro or anything, but my suggestion would be to wait until you've come up with a really great idea before making a YTM
