Now one of these days, Ebaum is going to steal from the wrong site, they're gonna sue him for a insanely large ammount and shut him down. If the FBI/FCC don't catch him first. They're beginning to take intellectual property (the ideas and original thought of the others) seriously and it's only a matter of time before the law catches up with him. Alternatively, a class-action lawsuit by all those who have had material/property stolen from them could also shut down Ebaums, especially if they want to try to get him to repay by charging daily use in the past for items used starting from the date in which the original request to remove was started OR if the artist was only recently alerted since the time it was posted. So before anymore of you Ebaum fanboys attempt to drop the lame "he only hosts" crap you now have officially been out argued by someone who can string more than swear words and other low level vocabulary by a man who can actually process large words.

I'd post it all on the forums right now too but they're gonna get deleted and I don't feel like having complete and total garbage pics such as tubgirl floating around in the topic. If someone else wants to go ahead be my guest, just site credit :P

I have to say this aswell... as much as I find this boring enigma needs to shut up, those pictures had to be found, cropped resized and synced... not just looped. regardless of work put in or what ever what about the IDEA?... Maybe TWO YEARS AGO YTMNDs where just audio and text but people make whole animations on here which are harder to make as gifs than they would be SWF or other flash files because they want to show case the work on this site.

I couldn't agree more. It was old the first night, at this point it's just killing ytmnd.com. If I wanted to see pictures of Ebaum's forum, I'd go to Ebaum's forum.

I have a few googlefights sites I made, but are older and involve Jay & Seilent boob. I really don't want to get rid of them. Maybe googlefights is theatening a lawsuite for using their site???

Wow. What some of you noobs don't realize is, is that Max OWNS and RUNS this place. That means if he don't like what you're doing, he has every right the delete your YTMND, or even your account. It's what you signed on for when you registered, so don't go crying when Max decides to kick you to the curb when you do wrong. It's one thing to diss Ebaums here, it's completely another harassing and hacking Ebaums in YTMND's name. It implies Max as an accomplice, and he doesn't want that. Seriously, you want YTMND to close down? PERMANENTLY? Hell, if Max wanted to, he could sut YTMND down right now.

It's not the point that he owns this place. People are "defending" ytmnd by doing things that are illegal. It's making ytmnd and max look like sh*t. Ebaum always has looked like sh*t and it seems to me that this war is over and victory is ours. However, Max did not declare war on eBaum's, we did it ourselves. We did it with ytmnd's name all over it, and now he is the one being f*cked. It's great to see that we wanted to defend max and ytmnd. But most did it in all the wrong ways..

We're in agreement, silic0nsilence. One thing though, and I think we can agree on this I think. Max owns this place, and he can regulate this place as he sees fit. I'm making that statement because there are thee n00bs in here acting like Max is a facist. Seriously. Max owns and runs this place, and if he wants to delete someone because they're a disruption to YTMND, he can do so.

ensignmpls I agree. I hope he puts out some sort of statement on what is happening to him and if there is anything we can do to help. I'm sure he just wants this whole thing to be over with though. I just hope Ebaum knows what a heartless piece of sh*t he is.

You don't want disclaimers. Simply put certain things just should not fly. One misplaced word, and the Disclaimer becomes Moot. Also, when it comes to certain crimes, since a Disclaimer is sort of like a contract, it becomes null and void in certain circumstances. Also, since YTMND hosts the material, he could STILL be held accountible.
