The problem with someone "stealing" this sound clip is that the clip shouldn't exist in the first place. I'm sure the telemarketing company would be in serious trouble if they released something like this without the ladies permission. Basically since this sound clip was taken without the comanies consent no one has a legal right to say someone else can't use it (except the telemarketing company).
