nothing until AFTER someone gets a hit or a big play, they put no pressure on the opposing team by cheering before the play because the stands are filled with yuppie granola-eating New Englanders(I live in NY by the way, so I automatically hate New Englanders) who instead of worrying about the game are thinking "Oh boy did I leave the lights in my Volvo on?" Half of the crowd isn't even wearing Boston stuff, they got their Yacht club blazer on or someother stupid sh*t. And that is my rant. GO TRIBE!!!

The Cake Is A Lie was written on the walls in Portal in "hidden" places. Essentially, Portal is a game where you go through deadly puzzles, with the motivation to do said puzzles being "There will be cake at the end". Instead, at the end you nearly get burned to death, though you manage to escape, and the blow the crap out of the computer that tried to kill you, since it lied to you about there being cake.

Sephiroth was just.. well a very shallow "crazy" guy. FF7 was full of too many plotholes, though I did really enjoy it and its music, I would have to agree that Kefka takes the cake in villains, you seriously end up hating him later on during the game. Sephiroth.. when he killed Aeris, I was kinda like.. eh. It was annoying but you were too confused to get too angry.

Thank you very much. One of the things that helped the earlier FF titles was the sprites allowing people to imagine the heroes as they wished, rather than making them realize that the main characters were all angsting pretty boys. Not like that doesn't work once, but that many games in a row gets a little problematic. Kinda odd, considering that most of the art by Yosh*taka Amano (the sole artist up till 6, if memory serves) shows the heroes as even more pale and effeminate than in earlier games.
