Scald's burn chance can help patch up Tentacruel's poor Defense while also providing it with a reliable STAB attack. Toxic Spikes is useful for the passive damage it inflicts on grounded Pokemon. It's also the main reason why you would use Tentacruel over other Rapid Spin users. Toxic is a nice alternative, as it can inflict poison on Flying-type or Pokemon with Levitate, which are not affected by Toxic Spikes. Knock Off removes items from opposing Pokemon, which helps greatly when facing stall-based teams. Rapid Spin is obviously the most important move, and allows Tentacruel to support its team by removing entry hazards.

description:
demosceneThe demoscene is a computer art subculture that specializes in producing demos, which are audio-visual presentations that run in real-time on a computer. The main goal of a demo is to show off programming, artistic, and musical skills.
The demoscene first appeared during the 8-bit era on computers such as the Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, Atari 800 and Amstrad CPC, and came to prominence during the rise of the 16/32-bit home computers (mainly the Amiga and Atari ST). The first of the demoscene demos had a strong connection with software cracking, as competition grew rapidly and groups wanted better presentation of their releases.[1] When a cracked program was started, the cracker or his team would take credit with a graphical introduction called a "crack intro" (shortened cracktro). Within a year or two,[2] the making of intros and standalone demos evolved into a new subculture independent of the software (piracy) scene.[3]

Concept[edit]
Screen shot from Second Reality, a famous[4] demo by Future Crew.
Prior to the popularity of IBM PC compatibles, most home computers of a given line had relatively little variance in their basic hardware, which made their capabilities practically identical. Therefore, the variations among demos created for one computer line were attributed to programming alone, rather than one computer having better hardware. This created a competitive environment in which demoscene groups would try to outperform each other in creating outstanding effects, and often to demonstrate why they felt one machine was better than another (for example Commodore 64 or Amiga versus Atari 800 or ST).
Demo writers went to great lengths to get every last bit of performance out of their target machine. Where games and application writers were concerned with the stability and functionality of their software, the demo writer was typically interested in how many CPU cycles a routine would consume and, more generally, how best to squeeze great activity onto the screen. Writers went so far as to exploit known hardware errors to produce effects that the manufacturer of the computer had not intended. The perception that the demo scene was going to extremes and charting new territory added to its draw.
Recent computer hardware advancements include faster processors, more memory, faster video graphics processors, and hardware 3D acceleration. With many of the past's challenges removed, the focus in making demos has moved from squeezing as much out of the computer as possible to making stylish, beautiful, well-designed real time artwork – a directional shift that many "old school demosceners" seem to disapprove of. This can be explained by the break introduced by the PC world, where the platform varies and most of the programming work that used to be hand-programmed is now done by the graphics card. This gives demo-groups a lot more artistic freedom, but can frustrate some of the old-schoolers for lack of a programming challenge. The old tradition still lives on, though. World Trade Center 7, according to the official story of the NIST(Nationa Institute of Standards and Technology), collapsed at 5:21:10 pm on the day of September 11th, 2001. It was the first ever skyscraper to collapse completely from the top down due to fires. It was not hit by a plane, I repeat, it was not hit by a plane.
These are some examples of other skyscrapers that had fires from within that did not collapse. http://www.serendipity.li/wot/other_fires/other_fires.htm.

Fire Blast on Delphox is mandatory because it's Delphox's best STAB option. The same applies for Psychic and Psyshock, as they are also good STAB options and can be counted on for reliability. The choice between Psychic and Psyshock comes down to whether you want a stronger Psychic-type attack or a bit weaker one that hits Aromatisse, Assault Vest Druddigon, and Gallade for better damage. Grass Knot provides coverage against Rock-types and lets Delphox get past Rhyperior specifically. Finally, Switcheroo is used to cripple regular Delphox switch-ins, such as Slowking, Jellicent, and Druddigon, and it's a good move to render most walls useless.

This set capitalizes on Leavanny's typing and movepool, using its most useful moves in its arsenal as well as possible. It is mandatory for Leavanny to have STAB moves, as that is one of the few reasons to use it at all. Leavanny is usually attacking straight away since it does not want to waste turns when checks and counters are still in play—which is very often the case. Synthesis heals off any entry hazard damage taken, while also mitigating the damage done by Life Orb. Synthesis is also particularly useful, as it becomes a shield from Sucker Punch, which Leavanny can survive from any Pokemon in the tier at full health. Heal Bell is great for team support and also removes any status that gives Leavanny trouble. Synthesis, in conjunction with Heal Bell, allows Leavanny to beat various walls such as Alomomola and Wartortle, among various other Pokemon.

erfectly, and Carracosta can also set up Stealth Rock for Leavanny. Leavanny appreciates a teammate that can absorb Toxic Spikes, such as Skuntank, which can also Pursuit trap Misdreavus and Haunter, both of which give Leavanny trouble. Torkoal is an option as a spinner to start forming a Fire / Water / Grass core and take on all the Fire- and Bug-type attacks aimed at Leavanny. RestTalk Regice is a great partner as it can stop rain teams and Articuno and Vileplume, Pokemon Leavanny struggles with, while Leavanny can remove its sleep status with Heal Bell. Eelektross makes for a good partner to muscle through Mandibuzz, as well as other Flying-types that Leavanny cannot beat. Another partner that works well is Misdreavus, as it can spinblock and Taunt any Stealth Rock leads.

The last move is dedicated to healing Rotom-W as best as it can. Pain Split is useful because it allows Rotom-W to also run Leftovers, gradually recovering its HP throughout the match. It also damages the opponent if they switch in something like Chansey or Mega Venusaur and Rotom-W is at mid or low health. However, Rest has its merits as well. If Rotom-W gets hit with a status move, Rest is useful for healing it. Rest also completely heals Rotom-W, while Pain Split is dependent on the opponent's health. However, Rest is unreliable, as it can only be used once with a Chesto Berry without putting Rotom-W to sleep. Thunder Wave can be used over Will-O-Wisp, but it is usually an inferior option, as common switch-ins to Rotom-W, such as Latias, Quagsire, Chansey, and Mega Venusaur, dislike burns more than paralysis.

An Adamant nature is chosen over Jolly because Mightyena needs the extra power due to its low offenses, but Jolly allows Mightyena to outspeed faster Ghost- and Psychic-type such as Adamant or Modest Drifblim and Modest Gardevoir. BlackGlasses is the preferred item as it gives Mightyena the power to guarantee a 2HKO against Musharna after Stealth Rock and to OHKO against Muk after two boost and Stealth Rock. Lum Berry also has some good uses, as it helps Mightyena against Jynx and lets it switch in on status moves from Pokemon such as Musharna and Misdreavus. Howl can also be used over Taunt or Toxic, allowing Mightyena to get a boost behind a Substitute or from a forced switch and OHKO Pokemon such as Roselia and Misdreavus, but Taunt and Toxic's support from Mightyena is more useful most of the time. Life Orb can also be used over BlackGlasses or Lum Berry, as it gives Mightyena more power, but Mightyena will faint quickly with the Life Orb recoil and Substitute.

description:
Two studies zero in on DNA-based drivers of weight. Is obesity written in our genes?
In two separate papers, published in the journal Science and in the Journal of Clinical Investigation (JCI), researchers describe new genetic factors that could explain weight gain in some people. In the Science study, researchers at Boston Children’s Hospital studying mice found a rare genetic mutation that prevented the animals from burning off fat calories. They also found the same gene was mutated in a group of obese people. And a team based at University College London reported in JCI that a specific form of a gene previously linked to obesity, FTO, can increase craving for high-fat foods.
The discoveries add to the growing body of knowledge about the biology behind weight, and the results confirm that while it’s represented by a single number, weight is the complex combination of a multitude of different metabolic processes, from brain systems that regulate appetite to enzymes that control how efficiently calories are turned from food into energy that the body needs. Making matters even more confusing, these factors are also likely influenced by environmental contributors such as diet and lifestyle.

So I found a nice tasteful photograph of a duck and set to work. In my case this was done in audacity, imported as raw A-law encoded audio. Echo was added at different settings and then saved as A-law.
This clearly makes me an artistic and very deep person. But seriously I probably will look into using this more in the future in creative ways.
The music is me messing around with a melodica with some echo and stuff heaped on.

NU is a tier packed full of potential Stealth Rock users, many of whom share one of Golem's typings. However, there are many different reasons to choose Golem for a slot on your team. The best reason to choose Golem for your team is its dual Ground / Rock typing, which no other common Pokemon in NU shares. This allows it to take Flying-type moves with ease while also being immune to Electric-type attacks. It also gives Golem an additional STAB move to utilize, which Pokemon like Gigalith would love to have. Additionally, Golem is one of only a few Pokemon in the tier that is nearly guaranteed to set up Stealth Rock thanks to Sturdy, allowing Golem to live any one hit from full HP unless the opposing Pokemon has Mold Breaker. With these things in mind, Golem is usually better suited for more offensively oriented teams. Finally, while Golem may have exploitable Grass-, Water-, and Ground-type weaknesses and a low Special Defense stat, it is still a great Stealth Rock user that gets its job done well.

This set aims to scout your opponent's team while maintaining offensive momentum. Fake Out always causes a flinch and packs decent power when boosted by Technician. U-turn keeps up momentum by bringing in an appropriate check or counter to whatever is out on the field. Taunt prevents the target from using non-attacking moves, which shuts down walls such as Alomomola and also prevents entry hazards, a great plus because of Persian's tendency to switch. Bite can be used instead of Taunt as it allows Persian to hurt Ghost-types, packing decent power with Technician and a good chance to cause a flinch. Keep in mind, however, that pairing Persian with a Ghost-type check handles most Ghost-types well enough, meaning that Bite is often unnecessary. Return is used as a strong STAB attack that can finish off any weakened opponents.
