I found the geometric pattern online, and colored it/made it spin in photoshop. It is a 2 frame animation. You can use your finger to make the wheel spin in either direction, but if you stare at the center for a while you can begin to use your mind to make it do all kinds of things. When it starts to glow white, you know you're doing it right.
