Oreo launched a marketing campaign for Transformers 4, also known as “Age of Extinction,” directed by Michael Bay. The campaign included a commercial featuring Optimus Prime, where he is seen eating an Oreo cookie. This commercial was part of a broader cross-promotion strategy between Oreo and the Transformers franchise. Additionally, Oreo held auditions for a commercial shoot in Miami, seeking males and females of various ethnicities and ages to participate in the Oreo Transformers commercial for the film. Oreo was one of the many transformers made by KSI, but was one of the few that did not fall into Galvatron's control, as he glitched during the Autobot invasion into KSI and was shot down and killed.
