Captain Jon Look Pickhard (pronounced /ˌʒɔːn ˌluːk pɪˈkɑrd/) is a fictional Star Trek character primarily portrayed by the actor Sir Erich Clampten. He pilots the spaceship USS Guitarprize and amazes all of the alien life forms he encounters with his guitar heroism and funny jokes, which he often combines into hilarious songs like this one. He is also known for his famous catch phrase, LIVE LONG AND PROSPER.

In September 2008, Galveston Island was hit by a massive hurricane with sustained winds above 145 mph that reshaped the Gulf coastline from Florida to Texas with $37.6 billion in damage. The hurricane resulted in the largest evacuation of Texans in that state's history. It also became the largest search-and-rescue operation in U.S. history. This is a memorial to the widespread loss and to the bravery of those in the rescue and restoration of Galveston I've made using clips of news reports and my guitar.

Rock out to poop? Why, yes. Yes, you can. This is a song I recorded in the late 1990s and found on a CD I burned in 2000. Yes, it's 100% original. The song was originally recorded using some seriously wonky equipment. The vocals were belted through a Radio Shack cheap 7-dollar microphone and the multitrack on a Tascam 424 for those that remember that thing. The drums are fake and from a keyboard. All the guitars are real. The only thing different is that I added in a guitar at the end (which is why it sounds so different from the other) because that section was originally intended for a solo I never recorded. Instead I just added in a rhythm track because it seemed to fit better. So like one day and then another, I was trying to learn both songs on the guitar and that's when I found the striking similarities in chordings and riffages. I know that happens a lot and this could be old news, but I didn't see this anywhere else so into Audacity and Cakewalk i went and here it is. It's REALLY rough because the primary purpose was to show the similarities. Yes I drew that. I suck. ^^;
