AS the head of the company she is very hands off and lets most department runs themselves. Though if they fucked up she will surely correct them. Grace can be intimidating at first but so long as she isn't bothered she is easy to get along with. A sexual icon and bad bitch, she tends to be the one in charge in all situations....
