Hyena is the most bloodthirsty member of the Pack, laughing maniacally as her namesake does at her opponents before leaping headlong into battle, leading with her razor sharp talons. Fox recruited her to "The Pack" with her brother, Jackal, months before the gargoyles' awakening. Unbeknownst to her, they were actually being recruited by David Xanatos through Fox to see if they were good enough to serve him. She, her brother, and the rest of the Pack were made stars on television, and had fame, money and and a fanatical audience. Hyena shares Jackal's bloodlust and twisted sense of humor; she is particularly notorious for her cackling laugh. She also has a constant crush on the various Coyote robots that have worked alongside the Pack, something which disturbs even Jackal. Hyena is Canadian. Funny enough, her animal namesake is more closely related to felines compared to the rest of the pack, who are named after canines.

Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z (A.K.A. They've Headed Off! Powerpuff Girls Z) or PPGZ for short, is a magical girl anime series based on the American animated television series The Powerpuff Girls. The anime is co-produced by Cartoon Network Japan and Aniplex and was animated by Toei Animation, featuring character designs by Miho Shimogasa (of Sailor Moon fame). The 52-episode series aired in Japan on TXN (TV Tokyo) between July 1st, 2006 and June 30, 2007. From August 1st, 2006 to July 24, 2007, it has also aired on AT-X. From April 1st to December 30, 2007, the program aired on Cartoon Network in Japan. The Powerpuff Girls is an American superhero animated television series created by animator Craig McCracken and produced by Hanna-Barbera (later Cartoon Network Studios) for Cartoon Network. The show centers on Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, three kindergarten-aged girls with superpowers. They live in the fictional city of Townsville with their father and creator, a scientist named Professor Utonium, and are frequently called upon by the city's mayor to help fight nearby criminals and other enemies using their powers. After “Macho Man” Randy Savage split with Miss Elizabeth during the long-running program with Hulk Hogan that led to their main-event match at WrestleMania 5, “Sensational” Sherri stepped in to help create one of the greatest partnerships of the Golden Era. Savage and Sherri were both excellent heels and worked beautifully together. When the pair split after two years at WrestleMania 7, Sensational Sherri hooked up with “The Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase for a brief time before partnering up with a young Shawn Michaels in 1992 as The Heartbreak Kid was just beginning his singles career after splitting with Marty Jannetty. Sherri sang the original version of HBK’s famous entrance theme, “Sexy Boy,” and Michaels has long credited her with helping his career. Sherri Martel left WWE in 1993 and soon after signed with ECW, where she managed Shane Douglas. She joined WCW in 1994 and worked alongside Ric Flair for a short time before becoming the manager for Harlem Heat. Under the name “Sister” Sherri, Martel led Booker T and Stevie Ray to seven tag team title reigns before leaving the company. Throughout her time with the rest of the group, she rediscovered her hatred for Kraven the Hunter for the murders of her father and grandfather and overcame her desire to kill him herself with the aid of Spider-Man. She controls herself naturally and helps the others with that too. She is the only student in the group that gets better grades than Peter Parker, other than Amadeus Cho. One of her deepest fears is failing school and not graduating. Oddly, her hair changes color depending on whether she's wearing her suit or not. Her hair is dark brown when she's not, and black when she is.
