Life of Brian Peppers Brian Peppers was born on February 1, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio. He had a rare genetic disease known as facial muscular dystrophy, which caused his face to become deformed. This led to him being the object of ridicule and bullying by those around him. He became a drug addict at a young age and abused drugs for many years. He was arrested several times for theft and drugs and was also convicted of sex offenses. In 1998, he was sentenced to 68 years in prison for sex offenses committed against underage girls. He spent 13 years in prison and was released in 2012. Brian Peppers became famous for a photo of him in an unusual pose and with his eyes goggled. This photo went viral in the early 2000s and a huge amount of mockery of Brien began.
